With nearly 750,000 acres of managed hunting land in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida, South Carolina, and Virginia, we provide exceptional access to well-managed, wildlife-rich properties.
Our team includes Certified Wildlife Biologists and experienced lease managers with over 100 years of combined expertise in wildlife and habitat management. Westervelt was a pioneer in the industry, hiring the Southeast's first private wildlife biologist in 1951 and launching one of the region's earliest hunting lease programs in the 1970s. Today, we continue to lead the industry in quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

We use proven strategies like thinning, prescribed burning, selective harvesting, and fertilization to enhance habitat quality and promote biodiversity. Our average timber harvest is under 100 acres, designed to create edge habitat and diverse foraging areas. We also dedicate at least 1% of our land to permanent food plots, supporting healthy wildlife populations year-round.
